1. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver across India to all serviceable PIN codes.

All orders are shipped through our trusted courier partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing your tracking link and AWB (Air Waybill) number.

  • Orders are processed on working days. Dispatch timelines may vary on Sundays and public holidays.

3. Delivery Timelines

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Metro Cities: 2–3 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier service disruptions, public holidays or peak shopping seasons.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you can track its progress using the tracking link shared with you via email or SMS.

5. Important Delivery Information

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please keep the following points in mind:

  • A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory for OTP-based delivery.

  • Please ensure that your contact number and delivery address are accurate when placing your order.

  • Missed delivery OTPs or incorrect contact details may result in delivery delays or failed delivery attempts.

  • If a shipment is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery, reshipping charges will apply.

6. Shipping Charges & Payment

We offer the following shipping benefits:

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A COD handling fee of ₹125 applies to all COD orders.

The applicable payment and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
