We truly hope you fall in love with your jewelry. But if something doesn’t feel right, here’s everything you need to know about our refund process:

We offer refunds as a coupon code only (no cash or bank transfers).

Your coupon will be valid for 1 year and can be used once on your next purchase.

Certain charges may be deducted depending on the situation:

₹250 will be deducted for non-accepted prepaid orders (covers forward & return shipping).
If you don’t accept an order placed using a refund code, the code will expire and cannot be reused.
If you pay online but don’t receive order confirmation, contact us first before re-ordering. If a refund is needed, 5% payment gateway charges will be deducted.
If your order had free shipping, ₹125 will be deducted if you return it.
You can get maximum 2 refund codes traced back to your original order.

Token Amount (for COD orders):

Not refundable if the order is cancelled or rejected.
If your token was more than ₹250, the extra amount will be refunded as a coupon.

Returns are accepted only if informed within 48 hours and product is sent back within 5 days.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Damaged or used products won’t be eligible for refund.
We do not offer cash refunds if the quality doesn’t meet expectations (though we ensure multi-level checks).

Once we receive your return, we’ll issue your refund coupon within 3 working days.
Refund coupons cannot be clubbed with any other discount codes.

Although we take the utmost care, damage during shipping can sometimes happen.

Inform us within 48 hours with photos/video on email (sonamyadaviridescent@gmail.com).
We’ll arrange a free reverse pickup (India only).
Once we receive your return, we’ll either:
- Send a replacement (if available), or
- Issue a full coupon refund valid for 1 year.
