📦 Where We Deliver:

We ship across all serviceable pin codes in India using trusted delivery partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.

⏳ Order Dispatch:

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1 working day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email/SMS with your tracking link and AWB number.

🔍 Tracking Your Order:

You can track your order in real time through the tracking link shared via email. For any issues, feel free to contact us.

🚛 Delivery Timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–3 business days after dispatch

  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days after dispatch
    (Delays may occur in rare cases due to weather, courier issues, or peak seasons.)

📲 Important Note:

  • A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory for OTP-based delivery.

  • Missed OTP or wrong contact details may cause delays or failed delivery.

  • If the parcel returns to us, reshipping charges will apply.

💰 Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders

  • ₹125 COD fee on Cash on Delivery orders
