📦 Damaged Products

We check every product before shipping. But if something arrives damaged:

  • Please email us at sonamyadaviridescent@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the damage.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement of the same or similar item depending on stock availability.

  • We cannot accept damage complaints after 48 hours.

🚚 Missed Deliveries

  • Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver twice.

  • If the parcel is not accepted, it will be returned to us.

  • We can re-ship on request with an additional ₹250 shipping charge.

  • For Cash-on-Delivery orders, re-shipping is allowed only after the full payment (including ₹250 shipping fee) is made online.
